You are in the right place

Where it all begins

My name is Tracey Burrows. At the age of 48, through a series of simple lifestyle changes I started to transform my body and my life through the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda. I have spent the last 3 years helping scores of women do the same and I can to help you too.

My transformational journey began back in 2015, when as a jobbing Yoga teacher I found myself plunged into peri menopause and setting off on the craziest roller coaster ride of my life. I was resistant to change, upset, fearful, I felt out of control and I noticed that despite my Yoga lifestyle my physical and mental health was starting to suffer.

My energy was low, my moods were up and down, my sleep was erratic- I would wake up feeling anxious and enter my day feeling exhausted. My body ached and my skin broke out. The biggest surprise was that my digestion had become weaker, late dinners with friends and even some of my favourite foods were suddenly off the menu.

There was a lot of ugly crying and it wasn’t unusual to get to the end of the day (having lost my specs and my keys countless times) to discover that I was wearing at least 1 item of clothing inside out or had forgotten an earring.

Family history meant that I wasn’t a candidate for HRT, so I started to look for other ways to manage my symptoms and I set of on a journey of discovery that  has transformed my health and my life and lead me here to you.

In 2017 after being back in school for 2 years I was certified as a Yoga Health coach ( one of only a couple of hundred in the world!) and my signature program Thrive For Life was born. I’ve been guiding women of all ages to better health ever since.

Here are some of the things that have been reported by women after being in my signature program:

I’m so glad I signed up for Thrive for life it is truly life altering

Ruth, UK

I was going through menopause and found myself a little lost. After the course I am better placed to adjust to my new normal

Of the 10 habits I coach in my signature program I’ve chosen 6 that I know will have a powerful impact on you body and your life as soon as you start to implement them.

And, I’ve created the opportunity for you to invite a friend along for free if you sign up soon, because studies tell us that we are more successful in achieving our goals when we work together than we go it alone.

What You Need to Know

In these retreats you’ll be implementing new habits that will take you on a transformative journey through enhancing your daily rhythms, rituals, self care practices, diet and exercise.

Changing the world smelling of Passion Fruit

In my early 20’s and 30’s I worked for a natural skin care company in the English Midlands called The Body Shop. Much of my time there as manager were spent campaigning for human rights, for global and community change, on environmental issues and against animal testing in the cosmetics industry. We literally changed the world through our joint efforts. And we smelled pretty good too!

My 13-year career with the Body Shop opened my eyes to this:

When we work together we’re stronger.

Healing Hands and lots of Sand

In 1997 me and my husband became expats for the first time when we moved to the Middle East.

Over the years I had become qualified in different healing techniques like- Aromatherapy, Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, to name a few. There amongst the mystical desert scenery, in a place where camels still roamed the mountain roads, I went to work in a Holistic Healing clinic.

It was there that I noticed for the first time, when I make a move to help others, magic happens.

Do Yoga Be Happy

Fast forward 7 years and here comes the game changer:

In 2013 at the age of 46, I went to live and study in a small Ashram in Kerala, South India. I came back certified to teach Yoga and having started an ongoing love affair with India. Two years later I returned to the same Ashram and completed what was to be my first certification in the Indian science of Ayurveda.

Now, through my work as a certified Yoga Health Coach I teach people simple habits that uplevel their physical, emotional and spiritual health, by integrating self- care habits from Yoga and Ayurveda into their modern lifestyle.
